The Lima City Schools is now registering students for next school year.
Families can register online using the FinalForms platform. All students need to register.
Existing families should go to https://lima-oh.finalforms.com and log in with their FinalForms email address and password. If families have forgotten their password, they can use the “forgot password” link to reset password.
New families to the district will need to set up a new account for registration by going to http://lima-oh.finalforms.com and clicking new account. Once families have filled out the parent account information with an email address a link will be sent to that email address to confirm account. Once families do this, they will be prompted to create a password and then can begin registering.
